Meet Iggy

This is Iggy - chosen as Genesis's mascot - we're not exactly sure if we chose him or he chose us - either way its a perfect fit.

Iggy is a Red-eyed Tree Frog (Agalychnis callidryas) and is very small compared to his environment. All of his colorings and features serve a purpose in the rainforests in Central America, where he usually lives.

His bright colorations throw off predators when he moves by leaving behind a lingering flashed image in the attacker's sight.

Many scientists believe that Iggy and his Central American family developed their vivid scarlet eyes to shock predators into at least briefly questioning their meal choice.

Iggy is perfectly designed for his environment, to capture his own food and to avoid being food himself.

Perfect design is something Iggy and Genesis have in common.
